Medical Assistant (MA)
As a Medical Assistant this role requires you to support patient care by rooming patients, collecting vitals, completing medication reconciliation and screenings, assisting with procedures, performing venipuncture, specimen collection, POCT, and CLIA‑waived tests, and safely administering medications and vaccines. You also handle refills, authorizations, scheduling, referrals, patient messages, and maintain a clean, stocked, and safe clinical environment while communicating effectively and delivering appropriate care. The role requires completion of an accredited MA program or equivalent, AHA BLS certification, EMR/computer proficiency, and the physical ability to lift 35 lbs.
Medical Front Desk
As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist this role requires you to serve as the first and last point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming, supportive experience while managing essential front‑office operations. You will greet patients, handle check-in and check‑out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, answer phones, collect payments, and maintain an organized, efficient workflow.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a Certified Nursing Assistant this role is expected to provide essential hands‑on patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility assistance, and routine comfort monitoring. You are responsible for helping patients with functional tasks, observing and reporting changes in condition, and ensuring safe, compassionate support throughout their care.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Core responsibilities generally include taking vital signs, administering certain medications, performing wound care, documenting patient conditions, and assisting with patient treatment and follow-up care.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities typically include conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, developing and monitoring care plans, educating patients and families, and supervising support staff when appropriate.
Phlebotomist
Responsibility is around collecting blood specimens for laboratory testing, transfusions, donations, or other medical purposes. Their duties typically include verifying patient identity, preparing collection materials, performing blood draws, labeling specimens accurately, following infection control and safety protocols, and ensuring samples are properly handled for transport and processing.
